Supervision
Welcome! If you are ready to take your professional development to the next level, we offer clinical supervision for those seeking LCSW licensure. Yolonda Edgerton has over 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health services. She believes that good clinical supervision can make or break a clinician. Yolonda is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for her supervisees. “My job is to help you fine-tune your skills so that you can establish your own professional identity while you are working on becoming licensed.” Yolonda heavily focuses on supporting clinicians in not only their clinical skills but their development of a consistent and manageable self- care plan to help in preventing the development of burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and related conditions.
Individual and HIPAA-Compliant video conferencing supervision opportunities are available, as per limits set by the Board of Clinical Social Work.
